Inbox and calendar assistant
Email, chat, and scheduling were swallowing the first hours of every day. This assistant preps a short briefing before each meeting, summarizes the long threads, and flags the messages still waiting on an answer. Scheduling runs end to end on its own. Someone asks what times work, it replies with open slots from the calendar, and when they pick one it sends the invite.

Contract redline agent
Every time a redlined contract came back, someone on the team sat down and went through it change by change, working out how to respond to each one. It took one to two hours per contract. We built an agent that does that first pass now. It reads the uploaded contract, explains what each change means, and suggests how to push back. The same review takes about 15 minutes.

Negotiation assistant
Answering a tough email in the middle of a deal used to mean half an hour of staring at the thread working out what to say, and preparing for a real negotiation could take most of a day. This agent reads the thread and drafts the reply that gives the best shot at the deal. Before bigger negotiations it builds the whole plan, talking points included.

Team project tracker
The team was running every project out of a shared spreadsheet that was slow, ugly, and easy to break. We replaced it with an app the whole team works out of. When a stakeholder submits a new purchase request, the owner automatically gets an email with the spend, a description, and how urgent it is. Nobody chases anybody for status anymore.
